Chloe Wordsworth and Resonance Repatterning

Chloe Wordsworth is a thought leader for sure. She has been developing Resonance Repatterning (also known as Holographic Repatterning) and refining this system for almost forty years.

Resonance Repatterning, is one of the most powerful transformative approaches I have experienced. It gives us a new way of listening deep within ourselves and working with our inner wisdom, through accessing the quantum field and the world of frequencies and vibrations within and all around us.

I first met and trained with Chloe in 2000. From her background in acupuncture and polarity therapy and knowledge of many other healing modalities, Chloe developed her holographic approach to healing. Resonance Repatterning uses our muscle response (from applied kinesiology) to answer questions not from our conscious mind but from our unconscious self, and accesses our energy field to identify our patterns. At any moment in time, it gives us the ability to identify which positive aspects we are now ready to resonate with and which negative patterns we are ready to let go of. It is then possible to find and experience the specific healing modalities suited to the issue we are working on. Afterwards, we find ourselves resonating with new, healthy ways of being and of managing our interactions with others and the world. Our negative coping strategies and self defeating patterns are replaced with positive ones and we find ourselves attuned in ways that enrich our lives and our relationships.

For an explanation of Resonance Repatterning by Chloe herself, take a look at these youtube videos:

The Resonance Repatterning website is a rich source of information on this transformative approach. There you can also listen to Chloe and learn about many different areas where Resonance Repatterning can be applied to give you a new way of looking at things.
The 52 “Living in Tune” radio show recordings  cover a wide range of topics.
Some of my favorites are:

3: Self Mastery and Problems

6: Trigger Reactions and Stress

8: The Truth Within Your Goals

13: How does Your Heart reach the Heart of Another?

18: New Physics, the Hologram

I experience Resonance Repatterning as a beautiful way to create the harmony that my mind, body, heart and soul desire. I am so grateful to Chloe for bringing this approach into the world and for her dedication to continually improving this body of work.

I wish you FUN LEARNING and HAPPY DISCOVERIES from this truly magical approach!

There is more to the brain than you think!

Joe Dispenza Video

One of the aspects that I chose for excellent leadership is that of being spiritual. Spiritual is a hard word to define but for me the content of this talk by Joe Dispenza encapsulates spirituality and wisdom. By that I mean it explores the laws of nature that go beyond the realm of what we can see and what has been reported by science alone, involving the way that human beings function and the way we connect with each other and the universe.

I hope you enjoy this video. I needed to look at it several times before I could start to comprehend all the links that Dr Dispenza talks about between thoughts, behaviours, feelings, neuro-biology, neuro-circuitry, neurochemistry, etc, etc.
I would love to receive your comments on this and also your recommendations for further reading on the topic.

Enjoy!

Elisabet Sahtouris on “Transformation from caterpillar to butterfly”

Today I was reading about Elisabet Sahtouris, American/Greek biological philosopher, educator and writer. On her website there is a beautiful and thought-provoking piece about the transformation from caterpillar to butterfly, which I reproduce below. I hope you can add your comments at the end and mention inspirational people you know to be other “imaginal cells” with whom we can connect and build a more conscious future for all!:

A caterpillar can eat up to three hundred times its own weight in a day, devastating many plants in the process, continuing to eat until it’s so bloated that it hangs itself up and goes to sleep, its skin hardening into a chrysalis. Then, within the chrysalis, within the body of the dormant caterpillar, a new and very different kind of creature, the butterfly, starts to form. This confused biologists for a long time. How could a different genome plan exist within the caterpillar to form a different creature? They knew that metamorphosis occurs in a number of insect species, but it was not known until quite recently that nature did a lot of mixing and matching of very different genome/protein configurations in early evolutionary times. Cells with the butterfly genome were held as disc like aggregates of stem cells that biologists call ‘imaginal cells’, hidden away inside the caterpillar’ all its life, remaining undeveloped until the crisis of overeating, fatigue and breakdown allows them to develop, gradually replacing the caterpillar with a butterfly!

Such metamorphosis makes a good metaphor for the great changes globalisation, in the sense of world transformation, is bringing about, as Norie Huddle first used it in her beautiful book Butterfly. Our bloated old system is rapidly becoming defunct while the vision of a new and very different society, long held by many ‘imaginal cell’ humans who dreamt of a better world, is now emerging like a butterfly, representing our solutions to the crises of predation, overconsumption and breakdown in a new way of living lightly on Earth, and of seeing our human society not in the metaphors and models of mechanism as well-oiled social machinery, but in those of evolving, self-organizing and intelligent living organism.

If you want a butterfly world, don’t step on the caterpillar, but join forces with other imaginal cells to build a better future for all!

Isabel Rimanoczy on Time … and Meaning

I find this video of Isabel Rimanoczy truly inspiring. I hope the story she tells, and the way she tells it, touches your heart as it did mine.

I had the honor of assisting Isabel with a presentation at an Action Learning Conference in London in 2008. At that time, she was in the midst of developing her unique approach to opening others’ minds and hearts, through her creation of “The Sustainability Mindset”.

Clearly Isabel has come into her own with her work in this area and illustrates what happens when a person follows their heart’s desire and makes an imprint on the world that resonates with their spirit.

I feel that it’s no coincidence that I chose to open Isabel’s video at this precise moment in time, a time when I have been asking myself the question “What do I want to do with my life in the time I have left?”

As I attempt to share my heart-warming response provoked by Isabel’s talk here in this post, it is my intention to send to each of you a message of love and hope ….. that we may each find our most important meaning in this life and our best way to wisely spend our time.

Here’s Isabel’s TED video

I would love you to comment* and I look forward to reading your reaction.
Thank you 🙂

Deepak Chopra on What is Consciousness?

I have enjoyed reading Deepak Chopra’s books for some years now.
One book in particular that I like is called The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success

It is a wonderful introduction to our spiritual nature and how we are part of the field of pure potentiality.
What I also love about this book is that Deepak suggests we all read the same chapter on the same day of the week, that is on the first day we all read Chapter One and the second day, Chapter Two … and so on.
I love the idea that I can be reading the same words at the same time you are reading them. It’s a more conscious form of synchronicity.

Talking of consciousness, recently I also saw a short video by Deepak Chopra when Joan Borysenko mentioned it on her Facebook page.

It is called “What is Consciousness?”

You can watch it here on youtube … and listen to Deepak’s rich and vibrant tones talking about our true nature and describing the realm of quantum reality. He says “There is no matter. What we think of as tiny particles are actually not material at all but waves of potential. The physical world as we see it is not reality.” …
He talks about the true nature of reality being pure potential, infinite possibilities, infinite creativity. He says “This true reality has no beginning and no end. It does not exist in space and time; space and time exist within it! And this we call Consciousness“.
